Welcome to Nestfinity. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Definitions  

  • “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “Nestfinity” refers to Nestfinity, a provider of construction and interior design services.

  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity engaging Nestfinity for its services.

  • “Services” refers to construction, renovation, interior design, consultancy, and related services offered by Nestfinity.
     

2. Scope of Services  

  • Nestfinity will provide the Services as agreed upon in a separate proposal, contract, or quotation.

  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a separate written agreement or amendment.

  • Timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, supply chain, or other factors.
     

3. Client Responsibilities  

  • The Client must provide accurate information, access to the property, and approvals necessary for Nestfinity to perform the Services.

  • Any delays caused by the Client may result in revised timelines or additional charges.
     

4. Payments  

  • Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.

  • All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest or fees as permitted by law.
     

5. Changes and Cancellations  

  • Requests for changes to the Services must be made in writing. Additional costs may apply.

  • Cancellation by the Client may result in a cancellation fee, depending on work already performed and materials purchased.

  • Nestfinity reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms.
     

6. Intellectual Property  

  • All designs, drawings, and materials produced by Nestfinity remain the property of Nestfinity until full payment is received.

  • The Client may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any Nestfinity materials without prior written permission.
     

7. Liability  

  • Nestfinity will take reasonable care in performing the Services.

  • Nestfinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.
     

8. Warranties  

  • Nestfinity warrants that its services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

  • Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be as specified in the individual service agreement.
     

9. Confidentiality  

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
     

10. Dispute Resolution  

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, as per applicable law.

11. Governing Law  

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically in accordance with the applicable laws of Tamil Nadu.

12. Amendments  

  • Nestfinity reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
